Our Return Policy

You can return any unused basket item that was bought with an already printed image (product with image in stock) on the cover within 30 days for a full refund minus the cost of shipping. We will be responsible for the cost of return shipping as long as the mistake was made on our end. Custom imprinted orders are not returnable.

Returning a Product1asas

First, request a Return Merchandise Authorization# (RMA#) via email (basketcase@capecodbasket.com), or simply call 888 508 3389 to receive one. Next, write the RMA# on the packaging before shipping. The RMA# will become your shipping reference for all communications about your refund. Refund Processing Customers should expect to get refund within 4-6 weeks from the time the package is shipped to our warehouse. In most cases, you should receive your refund sooner.


Cape Cod Basket ships our baskets to every corner of the world. There are restrictions on certain products and we may not be able to ship our products to certain international destinations due to relationship between the United States and certain countries. Once an order is placed, we have to print the photographic image(s) onto the basket(s) which can take anywhere from 1-4 days depending on the availability of the product and the quantity ordered. All custom imprinted orders are shipped within 6-7 business days. The cost of shipping is based on the weight of the package. Shipping cost may vary.
